Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms govern participation in Redila Affiliate, a REDILA CORPORATION Affiliate Program.
REDILA CORPORATION operates a network of digital platforms and services collectively referred to as the “REDILA Ecosystem.”
The Redila Affiliate allows approved affiliates to promote digital platforms and services operated within the REDILA Ecosystem, including but not limited to:
- Philippines.tv
- eKasal.com
- Gobyerno.com
- Eleksyon.com
- other digital services operated by REDILA CORPORATION.
By registering as an affiliate and participating in the program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Affiliate Program Terms.
- Affiliate Enrollment
Participation in the Redila Affiliate requires registration and approval.
REDILA CORPORATION reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
Affiliates must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering for and participating in the Redila Affiliate, the affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Affiliate Program Terms.
- Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates may promote REDILA platforms through websites, social media, email marketing, or other approved channels.
Affiliates agree not to:
- misrepresent REDILA service
- use deceptive or misleading advertising
- engage in spam or unsolicited communications
- promote illegal or harmful content
- violate applicable laws or regulations
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their marketing practices comply with all applicable laws.
- Commission Structure
Affiliates may earn commissions for qualifying purchases or transactions generated through their unique referral links.
Commission rates, structures, and payment schedules will be specified within the Redila Affiliate dashboard.
REDILA CORPORATION reserves the right to modify commission rates or program terms at any time.
Commission eligibility and approval remain subject to validation of the underlying transaction and compliance with these Affiliate Program Terms.
Accurate Representation of Services
Affiliates must accurately represent REDILA CORPORATION’s services, listings, and platforms when promoting them. Affiliates may not publish or distribute misleading, false, or exaggerated claims regarding services offered through REDILA platforms including but not limited to Philippines.tv, eKasal.com, Gobyerno.com, Eleksyon.com, or other REDILA services.
Affiliates may not advertise unauthorized discounts, guarantees, or promotional offers that have not been officially approved by REDILA CORPORATION.
REDILA CORPORATION reserves the right to request modification or removal of any promotional content that misrepresents the platform or its services.
Failure to comply with this requirement may result in suspension or termination of the affiliate account and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
- Qualifying Transactions
Commissions will only be paid for valid and verified transactions completed through affiliate referral links.
Qualifying transactions may include:
- premium directory listings
- featured listings
- advertising packages
- promotional services
- other digital products or services offered within the REDILA ecosystem
Transactions that are cancelled, refunded, or determined to be fraudulent will not qualify for commissions.
Customer Relationship Ownership
All customers, users, and businesses that register, purchase services, or interact with REDILA platforms through affiliate referrals shall remain customers of REDILA CORPORATION and its digital platforms.
Affiliates acknowledge that they do not obtain ownership of customer relationships, accounts, or business data generated through affiliate referrals.
REDILA CORPORATION retains full control over platform services, pricing, communications, and customer relationships within the REDILA ecosystem.
- Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- self-referrals or purchasing through one’s own affiliate link
- fraudulent transactions or fake accounts
- cookie stuffing or link manipulation
- trademark bidding on REDILA brand names without permission
- misleading claims about REDILA platforms or services
Affiliates found engaging in prohibited activities may have their accounts suspended or terminated.
Brand Keyword Bidding Restrictions
Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on REDILA CORPORATION trademarks, brand names, or domain names in paid advertising platforms including but not limited to Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other search advertising networks.
Restricted keywords may include, but are not limited to:
- Redila
- Redila Affiliate
- Philippines.tv
- eKasal
- Gobyerno
- Eleksyon
- or any variations, misspellings, or confusingly similar brand names.
Affiliates may not create advertisements that appear to represent REDILA CORPORATION or impersonate official REDILA platforms.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of the affiliate account and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
- Commission Payment
Commission payments will be issued according to the payout schedule specified in the affiliate dashboard.
Payments may be made through approved payment methods, which may include:
- bank transfer
- digital payment services
- other payment options approved by REDILA CORPORATION
REDILA CORPORATION reserves the right to withhold or delay payment while investigating suspicious transactions.
Minimum Payout Threshold
Affiliate commissions will be paid once the affiliate’s account balance reaches the minimum payout threshold specified in the affiliate dashboard. Any balance below this threshold will roll over to the next payout period.
Tax Responsibility
Affiliates are solely responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, or regulatory requirements related to commissions earned through the Redila Affiliate.
REDILA CORPORATION does not provide tax advice and is not responsible for withholding, reporting, or remitting taxes on behalf of affiliates unless required by applicable law.
Affiliates are responsible for complying with the tax laws and regulations of their respective jurisdictions.
- Refunds and Commission Reversal
If a referred transaction is refunded, cancelled, or determined to be fraudulent, the corresponding affiliate commission may be reversed.
Affiliate commissions are only earned on completed and valid transactions.
Chargebacks, Fraud, and Invalid Transactions
REDILA CORPORATION reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel affiliate commissions resulting from transactions that are later determined to be fraudulent, invalid, or subject to chargeback.
Commissions will not be paid for transactions involving:
- credit card chargebacks
- refunded purchases
- cancelled orders
- self-referrals or purchases through one’s own affiliate link
- artificially generated traffic or leads
- fraudulent or abusive activity
REDILA CORPORATION reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions and determine commission eligibility at its sole discretion, including withholding or reversing commissions where necessary.
- Affiliate Account Termination
REDILA CORPORATION reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliate accounts that violate these terms.
Reasons for termination may include:
- fraudulent activity
- violation of program rules
- misuse of affiliate links
- damage to the reputation of REDILA platforms
Upon termination, unpaid commissions associated with fraudulent or invalid activity may be forfeited.
REDILA CORPORATION reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion if continued participation is deemed harmful to the REDILA ecosystem.
- Intellectual Property
Affiliates may use approved marketing materials, logos, and promotional assets provided by REDILA CORPORATION solely for the purpose of promoting REDILA platforms.
Affiliates may not modify or misuse REDILA trademarks or branding without written permission.
- Limitation of Liability
REDILA CORPORATION shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to participation in the affiliate program.
The affiliate program is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees of income or performance.
REDILA CORPORATION does not guarantee earnings, traffic, or conversion rates resulting from participation in the affiliate program.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Affiliate Program Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any disputes arising from participation in the Redila Affiliate shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
- Policy Updates
REDILA CORPORATION reserves the right to modify these Affiliate Program Terms at any time.
Updated terms will be published on the website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
Continued participation in the affiliate program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
